• Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed delivery terms (e.g., Incoterms) or written agreement.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events beyond reasonable control.

• Quality is evaluated against the approved sample and agreed specifications.
• If you believe goods are defective or not as specified, notify us in writing within a reasonable time after receipt, with photos/videos and quantity details.
• Custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any logos, trademarks, characters, or artwork you provide.

• You grant us a limited licence to use your provided assets solely to manufacture your requested products and provide services.
• We may refuse projects that appear to infringe third-party rights.

• Attempting to hack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Site or its systems.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Collecting personal data of others without consent.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws as agreed in the contract/proforma invoice for orders. For Site-only use, disputes will be handled according to the laws specified in our business agreement or otherwise applicable law.
